Taco Supermex

It was only a matter of time 'til west side Maui got some good ole fashioned Mexican food.

Not a fancy restaurant type of Mexican, but one you can stroll up to before and after surfing for a quick lunch, or just some food to go after doing a little shopping.

Now I believe the Cannery Mall has everything. From tshirts to tacos. Let them shop while you dine on some home grown enchiladas.

Actually, most of their ingredients are Maui built so that makes the biggest different. We all know to find a good taco on this island is usually like finding an octopus while snorkeling. Get it?

Supermex Tacos

From breakfast to dinner you can now have authentic, straight from Guadalupe (the cooks and owners that is) Mexican food in the cannery mall.

I always start with my favorite chips and salsa, then follow with a chicken taco and cheese enchilada combo with rice and beans; one bite and once again I'm ten years old in southern California at mi casa. The salsa bar alone puts your senses to the test. Yeah, it's hot but I keep on tasting it. Which means it's hot and addictive.

Ever begin your day with huevos rancheros...? Start! The food is fresh; The service is fast; and the fact it's in a shopping mall is convenient.
