Even though Pulehu is a resort restaurant with a Hawaiian name and Italian theme,  the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas Sous Chef just so happens to have an intimate in-depth knowledge of Thai cuisine. Pulehu takes advantage of this fact and offers a wonderful monthly Thai dinner menu. Lucky for us!

You’re likely to find just as many Maui locals in attendance, as was the case for Pulehu’s recent record setting fund raising effort to benefit Maui Culinary Academy. (Pulehu was chosen to host the most recent Aipono Award dinner sponsored by Maui No Ka Oi Magazine and co-hosted by Grgich Winery.)

Pulehu, an Italian grill is open from 5:30pm to 9:30pm Thursday through Monday. Except for special events like the Thai dinner on Tuesday. One seating only at 6 p.m.
