David Paul’s Diva Club is an organization of women who meet once a month at themed events to benefit Women Helping Women. It’s a great cause and  fun for all the ladies who show up dressed to maximize their assets and the evening’s theme. Most importantly, the event includes really great pupus and libations for embarrassingly inexpensive prices.

This month’s theme, Summer in the Hampton’s, will likely be anything but stuffy in spite of the reference to the East Coast enclave of Cool. That  the event is being held at Timba’s nightclub in Lahaina (above Pacifico’s restaurant) would indicate there’s no chance of getting your Spanx in a bundle as the ladies gather once again to help out the less fortunate.

Timba’s is the perfect place to let your hair down and dance, dance, dance, so dress accordingly. I’d leave that Badminton racket at home …
