Asian Star and A Saigon Cafe will also participate in the Year of the Tiger festivities Saturday, Feb. 20 at the Maui Mall in Kahului with food booths. Other participants will include Maui Mixed Plate, Royal Island Drive In, Vietnamese Cuisine and Maui Culinary Academy.
