Pulehu, An Italian Grill, has proudly released the menu for the upcoming Grgich Hills Estate wine dinner on Thursday, February 3, 2011 from 5:30pm-9:30pm.

In partnership with the ‘Aipono Wine Dinner Series sponsored by Maui No Ka Oi Magazine and Chambers Wine Merchants, Pulehu is one of only six restaurants hosting such wine dinners to benefit the Maui Culinary Academy.

Culinary students will work alongside Executive Chef Francois Milliet and Sous Chef Saipin Kumlor as they prepare this culinary masterpiece to accompany award winning Grgich Hills Estate wines. Enjoy a piece of the Napa Valley at this fabulous, multi course dinner that will remain in your memories for years to come!  Learn about how Mike Grgich revolutionized the world of wine while dining on the following menu:

Grgich Wines

Uno – Fennel dustred prawns, prosciutto di parma, basil cannellini bean emulsion

Due – Parmesan crusted monchong, olowalu tomato, garlic crostini, grana padano potato croquettes, spiced honey

Tre – Maui Cattle beef medallion, creamy polenta, shaved carrots, grilled asparagus, porcini demi glace

Quattro – Waialua chocolate raspberry tart
