His newest partnership with TS Restaurant offspring, Amber Tibeault and her husband, offers dozens of on-tap beers, and hand-made everything including the buns for the maui cattle company burgers and the dough for the wood-oven fired pizzas.There are “culinary cocktails,” infused with grown on Maui health enhancing ingredients, such as Pod Thai with rum and Thai basil and Rain Tree Elixir with acai and kefir lime. Pupus include typical bar appetizers with a gourmet twist, such as blue crab cakes and wood-roasted chicken wings. Besides the aforementioned pizzas, there are tres chic paninis made with carmelized brussel sprouts and La Quercia family bacon finished with fontina and pecorino cheeses on rye.
