If you missed my earlier post about the $25 online dining coupon courtesy Four Seasons, here it is again. Just download, print and take to your friendly neighborhood Four Seasons Resort to cash in on savings in an exquisite atmosphere. The coupon is good at the Wailea, Manele Bay and the Lodge at Koele Resorts. The only restrictions are you have to spend $100  for food and pay with an American Express card (not to be combined with other offers).  You can do that!

 WCM is going to insist you take advantage of Ferraro’s and Duo’s $49/pp 3-course prix-fixe menu special while it lasts. Duo’s menu starts with either Grilled Tomato Salad or Caramelized Onion Soup, followed with either a Filet or Pan-seared Moi, and wraps up with a Mai Tai Sundae or Banana Peanut Butter Napoleon. You can add two glasses of wine for $20 with choices among Hanna Sauvignon Blanc, Sanford Chardonnay, Gloria Ferrar Pinot Noir, or Raymond Reserve Merlot.

Ferraro offers the same $20 for two-glass wine deal including Italian meal appropriate Masi Pinot Grigio, Castello Banfi Chianti Classico or Falesco Merlot. Start the Italian feast with an Insalta Caesare or Brushetta di Pane, follow by Roasted Sea Bass with Oven Roasted Potatoes (add half a Kona Lobster tail for another $10) or Penne Arrabbiata. Last but not least, Tiramisu or Molten Chocolate Cake with Hazelnut Crust completes the splendid repast fit for royalty but priced for everyman.
