Selections include some of the absolute best, most popular items in their line-up, including those aforementioned Ribs, Kona Lobster Bisque, and Pineapple Upside Down Cake.

Appetizers: Kona lobster bisque, Maui farmer’s chop salad, miso-sake grilled prawns, or crispy shiitake-mushroom pork hash spring rolls.
Entrees: Savor Asian braised short ribs, pistachio-and-wasabi-pea crusted rare ahi steak, lemon-porcini dusted Hawaiian monchong, or Maui Gold pineapple glazed 14-ounce pork chop.
Desserts: Maui pineapple upside down cake, ice cream or sorbet.
